24 Days of Spice | Day 19 - Dry Salt w/White Summer Truffle

This was an easy, delicious meal that I could whip together rather quickly after work.

I boiled some gluten free spaghetti (Barilla brand, pretty good consistency), ripped up some kale, opened a can of cannellini beans, and defrosted a previously made Cauliflower Alfredo sauce.

I put the kale in a colander and “cooked” it by pouring the boiling pasta water of it. Once I cooked and rained the pasta, I put everything together into the pasta pot, added a bit of veggie broth to thin the sauce, and heated it up.

I topped with the truffle salt and it just the right flavoring touch.
