24 Days of Spice | Day 3 - 5 Peppercorns Mix
I decided to continue with the easy theme, given I had to work until late. I tossed pressed tofu and potatoes in the peppercorns mixed with olive oil. It’s pretty bland looking and beige on its own. I served with a side of steamed kale topped with a drizzle of Ume plum vinegar.
It turned out to be a delicious mix of flavors and I loved the crunch of the kale and peppercorns.
